Christmas Church Potluck Offering
lemon jello (3 oz pkg)
lime jello (3 oz pkg)
1 pt hot water (actually -- just as much water as you need to make 1 pt of liquid with the pineapple juice)
#2 can crushed pineapple (save the drained juice and combine with hot water)
cottage cheese (I use 16 oz)
1 cup "sweet milk" (I think Grandmommy means condensed milk -- that's what I'm using)
1 cup "salad dressing" (here I go with Miracle Whip)
1 tsp. horseradish (rumor has it that not all of the Wimberly descendants use horseradish -- gasp!)
Dissolve the jello in the hot water/juice. Mix cottage cheese, milk, salad dressing, pineapple, horseradish.
Let it set.
