Triple Layer Chocolate Pie!!!! (Secret Family Recipe)

UNCLE BILL’S CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg (15.4 oz) Fudge Frosting Mix
¾ cup of unsifted flour
½ tsp of salt
1/3 cup of butter
1 Tb. Of water
1 tsp of vanilla
1 egg
¾ cup of sour cream
6 oz soft cream cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix frosting mix in a separate bowl and set aside
Use 1 cup of the frosting mix and combine with flour, ¼ tsp of salt, butter, water, vanilla and egg.
Beat for about 2 minutes or until smooth
Place in 9” greased pie pan, covering the bottom and sides evenly
Mix the cream cheese and ¼ cup of the sour cream, the remaining ¼ tsp of salt, and 1 ¾ to 2 cups of frosting mix. Beat until creamy and pour over unbaked crust.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
After the cheesecake has cooled completely, mix ½ cup of sour cream with the remaining frosting mix and pour mixture over cooled pie.
Refrigerate. ENJOY!
